- This file lists an marketing/sales method that our company is offering to
- software developers. If you have any questions about any of this feel free to

- What we offer is to send out your flyer/brochure with each
- shipment/sale/catalog/info request/quote we make. You will reach our
- entire customer base on a period of time and also everyone who
- responds asking for more info on our company. We've been fortunate
- to have alot of good press<Compuserve Magazine March 92 issue<p
- 16-17>, quotes in future issues of Home Office Computing Magazine and
- Compute Magazine, past appearance on the Home Office Radio talk show
- broadcast nationwide and a future show planned, heavy advertising here
- on CIS, advertising on hobby bbs networks, advertising promotion along
- with other products we carry, a full page ad coming up in a 17,000+
- circulation newsletter aimed at laser printer owners<from individuals
- to small businesses to Fortune 100 companies all over the USA and into
- other countries>,etc>. <UPDATE! We will be in the July 92 issue of Home Office
- Computing magazine. We will be quoted in one of the articles along with having
- an ad in the magazine itself.>

- What do we charge for this service? NOTHING in terms of $'s paid to
- us.

- What we instead request is that we act as a reseller/distributor of
- your software package. You will provide us an inventory<you decide the
- amount...1, 2, 5, 10, or however many you choose> of your software on
- a consignment basis. When your ads go out to customers they will
- review them. If it's something that like what they've been looking for
- they will want to buy. Since they already have a relationship with us
- we'll likely get the call. Having the software in stock to ship
- immediately will mean increased sales. We can accept Visa, Mastercard,
- Carte Blanche, Diners Club, and American Express. We ship via UPS and
- Fed EX both here in the USA and into other countries. We would pay for
- sold software on a monthly basis. If you'd prefer more freq. payment
- then there would be additional fees involved due to increased workload
- on us.

- We also request that you send us the flyers or brochures for us to
- include in the shipments we make. Send them in any amount you like.
- But please send enough that we don't run out.

- We'd also like you to refer customers our way when they want to
- purchase your product. If you are unable to accept credit cards then
- you can loose sales you would have otherwise made.

- If you do advertising we'd also like our name/phone number mentioned
- as a source of the product. If you only list yourself as a source of
- purchase then we wouldn't demand that we be included. If other than
- your own co. is listed as a source then we would want to be included
- as a source of the software.

- This arangement can be canceled by either party upon written notice.
- We will return your software,flyers,brochures, etc and you would
- remove our name from your advertising and referal listing.

- We do reserve the right to approve any software packages and
- advertising involving our company, our names, our phone numbers, and
- anything else involving our trademarks.

- Retail and dealer price of the software packages will have to be
- discussed. If you have additional info/advertising info on your
- software package you can mail or fax it to us for review /
- consideration.

- We hope that such a sales/marketing plan would be good for your
- company. It should open up new markets for you at a cost that anyone
